Brown Rice Flour Banana Bread
1 cup mashed ripe bananas
cup honey or agave
2 packets stevia or splenda
2 TBSP sugar cane or raw brown sugar
1 TSP Vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup brown rice flour
cup oat or spelt flour
TSP baking powder
TSP baking soda
TSP salt
cup olive oil

1. Combine banana, sugars and vanilla in medium bowl and beat.
2. Add eggs and beat.
3. Add in flours, baking soda/powder and salt.
4. Add oil.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
